Privacy policy

The short version

We only collect what you send us through the project form, plus anonymous page counts. We use it to reply to you and make your promo. We never sell it. The site sets no cookies.

What we collect

• From the project form: your name, email address, what you are after, and the website and message you type in.
• From your visit: anonymous, aggregated page views (which pages were viewed, rough country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
• From working together: the brand material you share with us (logos, fonts, photos, copy) and our email conversations.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a script idea.
• To make, deliver and revise your promos, and to bill for them.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who helps us

A few services handle data on our behalf, only to run the site and our email:

• Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous page counts.
• Hostinger hosts our email.

Some of these services store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project emails for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable time after, for our records and taxes. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing eric@heyblenny.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.
